How do I add minutes to my account?

  1. Purchase a Mojo Mobile domestic prepaid refill of $10, $20, $30, $50, or $75 or an international prepaid refill of $5. Refll cards are available in retail locations where Mojo Mobile phones are sold.

Do I need to activate my Mojo Mobile phone?

Yes, you need to activate your phone in order to make calls. To activate your phone, please choose a 4-digit password and have your ESN number handy. Your ESN and your phone number are located under the battery of your Mojo Mobile prepaid phone. To activate your phone:

  1. Dial 1-800-971-9902 (24 hours a day/7 days a week)
  2. Follow simple activation instructions.

Note: Your phone comes with a free activation card to set up your account. Expiration period is 7 days from activation.

How do I dial out?

When calling in the US dial the area code and number.

Are long distance calls extra?

No! There are no long distance charges for any calls made within the continental United States. You only pay long distance charges if you call outside this area.

How do I set up voice mail?

From your Mojo Mobile phone press and hold the phone key key until 'Connecting…Voicemail' appears. Follow the prompts to set up the password and greeting. Your password will be repeated at the end of the process.

How do I check my balance?

Simply dial 611 from your Mojo Mobile phone (this is a free call), or click here to check your account details.

Does my airtime expire?

Yes, you will lose any minutes that are not used by the expiration period. Click here to see the rules regarding usage and expiration of airtime.

How do I get my Mojo Mobile rebate?

Just purchase a Mojo Mobile prepaid phone and mail your original receipt (no photocopies) to Mojo Mobile, c/o Redemption Processing Center, P.O. Box 37, Hiawatha, IA 52233. Be sure to include your name, address, and Mojo Mobile telephone number. Your rebate will be in the form of an airtime PIN. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. *Not all products are eligible for a rebate. Refer to package for details.

What is your return policy?

You may return your Mojo Mobile phone up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the equipment purchase price. Phones are not refundable after 10 minutes of use.
