Call Waiting

Simply press the green button when a call comes in. If you are already on a call and another one comes in, you can press the green button to put your first caller on hold and switch to the new call. To switch back to the original call, just hit the green button again.

Caller ID

The phone number of the party calling you will be displayed on your Mojo Mobile phone, when and where Caller ID information is available.

Voice Mail

Press and hold the phone key key until 'Connecting…Voicemail' appears. Follow the prompts to set up the password and greeting. Your password will be repeated at the end of the process.

Retrieving Voice Messages

A Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) appears on your phone’s display when a new message has been received. Press and hold the phone key key to retrieve messages.

Note: Minutes are depleted for leaving and retrieving messages on voice mail.

Nights and Weekends

Free Night and Weekend hours are from 9:01pm – 6:59am, Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. You must have peak minutes available to use Free Nights and Weekends. Only airtime is free during Nights and Weekends. Additional charges apply for international call and directory assistance.

Directory Assistance

Dial 411 and press the send key. Calls to Directory Assistance are $1.95 each, plus airtime (Free Nights and Weekends do not apply).

Text Messaging

10˘ per incoming and outgoing message. Messages count against peak airtime. Free Nights and Weekends do not apply. Text messages sent directly from the corporate office do not count towards minutes. Not all phone models support Text Messaging.
